This shortcode displays posts from the events custom post type. By default, it will display all upcoming events and no past events.
However, it has 2 paramaters to allow what is displayed to be customised.
Number of posts
[view_events number_of_posts=10]The main purpose of this parameter is to maintain a consistent length of block, even though the number of upcoming events can be anywhere between 0 and 20.
UTM
[view_events utm="utm_source=bitesizebio&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=bsbwebinarhub&utm_content=bsb-article-sidebar"]The purpose of the utm parameter is to allow us to customise what utm is appended to the ‘view all events’ link at the bottom of the block, since the shortcode can be used on any page and we may want the ability to specifically track which page is driving links
